    Excellent Customer Service from AO but

    The dryer itself is okey but very hard to spread out in a cubic laundry room set in the apartment. Plus its quite a bit noisy

    DISAPPOINTING & LITTLE SLEEP GORENJE D722CM 7KG

    Bought this a month ago. I admit my old dry was 10 years old but it was simple turned a nob and it worked. The Gorenje is NOT 7KG capacity as it states, it is noisy, but the worst part is there is no instructions on how to use the functions nor does the website help and it constantly turns on and off, which as I use my dryer at night makes it impossible to sleep. If it was a constant drone I could put up with it but it turns on and off all through the 90 minute cycle. I have no idea what other dryers are like but I hate it. It dries my clothes no better or worst than my old dryer but the fluff gets stuck in the rim at the door and its impossible to get out I DO NOT RECOMEND BUYING THIS PRODUCT AT ALL Have to say though the service and drop off guys are fantastic as always.

    Great dryer.

    I bought this a few months ago as I needed a larger one for blankets. Very happy with my dryer. Lots of different settings to choose from but not complicated. It dries well and I use the ultra dry setting the most for a reasonably quick dry. The lint filter is easy to clean. The only tiny annoyance with the lint filter is that when you scrape the lint some tends to fall on the floor because it's vertical. Only a very minor thing. Otherwise no problems and it's reasonably quiet too. Great value for money.

    I purchased the dryer a couple of months ago and have used it consistently and have found it to be exalant. It drys well and leaves the clothes crease free and I am able to hang them without ironing. I am very happy and my next purchase will be the washing machine.

    Great Quality.

    Initially I was a little wary purchasing a brand I had never heard of sight unseen, however I decided to give it a try as it had a lot of drying options and the price was fantastic. I have had it just over a month and run a number of loads through it. The cycles are very quick, the bedding option works really well with sheets and I have to say it's quality is comparable to that of the more well known one's currently in stores. It is an attractive looking machine, the door presses open and closed easily and the knob is a dial that is easy to use. The door opens to the left which most Australian one's don't so it's easy to remove my laundry from my machine and just throw it into the dryer, the other models the door got in the way. Fabric options aside, it has a manual time override if you don't wish to use the sensor, an extra dry function and you can lower the temperature of any cycle. The filter is relatively easy to clean and is quite large compared to my old Westinghouse. It does a great job of catching the lint. I haven't had an issue with anything tangling. Quite the opposite and it once again does a better job at preventing tangles than my old machine did. Also, it's capacity is fabulous. There are a couple of minor cons and they really are minor. First is that the sensor sometimes leaves the odd thing a little damp. I've had this problem in other sensor dryers though and it seems to be a common problem. Simply running it a second time usually does the trick and the extra dry function also alleviates it 95% of the time. Secondly it is loud. This doesn't bother me a lot, but if it was indoors, it's certainly not quiet. It is louder than my old Westinghouse. Third is the non crease function. This is great, don't get me wrong, but there's no ability to turn it off so it will continue to occasionally tumble the clothes for 2 hours after it finishes. There is also no airing option if you wish to quickly soften towels that have been on the line. Last is not really an issue with the machine but I wish the instructions were a little clearer about some of the features and how to use them. I have gotten used to it with time, but some of them I'm still a little unsure of. Overall I am really happy with my dryer. I do love it and as stated before I think it's as good as, if not better than some of the dearer one's out there. I am keen to give other Gorenje appliances a try in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dryer to anyone.

    Great value for money

    I bought this one month ago and my family is happy with the purchase. Gorenje may be a new brand in Australia, but they are one of the most trusted brands in Europe. This model has a hose to vent the expelled air, which may not suit everyone, but this is to be expected when you buy a budget model.

    Stackable feature an asset in small unit laundries

    Purchased about six weeks ago and therefore hard to evaluate so far. However the 7Kg size, stackability, and price make it a worthwhile choice. In addition my wife and daughter are extremely happy with its performance

    so sturdy, good looking and efficient

    i had this dryer lifted to a sturdy bench so just slide washing into it, no lifting and it has made life so much easier as i am 82 now still on our own farm clothes go straight to clothes hanger NO MORE IRONING the laundry has never been so neat and tidy it is wonderful

    great features easy to use

    I bought this appliance about a month ago was a bit sceptical, it seemed great value for money I needed a large dryer for my family. Its very easy to use has a sensor in it that stops automatically when clothes are dry and also has a manual overide. Awesome

What, more than just free delivery? Yep, our delivery is not just free, it’s amazing in all kinds of ways. When we deliver (for large and bulky items) we’ll also:

– Greet you with a warm smile as you open your door to greet us
– Bring the appliance in, making sure to not mark or scratch your home (or the appliance)
– Unbox, take away the old packaging and put the appliance in a location of your choice
– For fridges, washers, dryers (non wall mounted), and microwaves, we’ll also connect it up and get it working

During checkout, you’ll have the ability to select a day for delivery that best suits you. We’ll do our best to always meet that date, but will be in touch to arrange another if that date is not possible.

If you order a small product, it will be shipped using Australia post. You will be sent a tracking code once you order so you can track your delivery. When ordering a small product, feel free to put in your home or work address as the shipping address, depending on what’s easier for you.

Professional Installation

Free Removal

Yes, if you have no need for that old product we’ll happily take it off your hands. Not because we plan on taking it and reselling it, but because we’re just awesome people and would rather see it recycled safely ?. Just make sure the old appliance is completely disconnected (it must be disconnected from any power, gas or water supply), and our drivers will throw it in the truck after we’ve delivered the new one.

How much is delivery?

Glad you asked! Our professional delivery service which includes the taking away of your old appliance (if you need it) is completely FREE! Yes, you heard it right, along with our amazing deals and market leading prices we also don’t charge a cent for delivery.

How long will delivery take?

It depends on what product you purchase and where you’re located. When you add a product to your cart and checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date which we’ll confirm for you once we process your order. If we cannot meet your ideal delivery date, we’ll be in touch to let you know what other dates are possible.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule deliveries at specific times of the day. We will usually deliver during business hours, however, in some selected zones we deliver as early as 6:30 am and as late as 7:00 pm. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a text message with a 2-hour delivery window.

Can you take my old appliance away?

Yes, we sure can, and just like our delivery service, it’s completely FREE! Just let the driver know when they arrive you would like your old product removed.

Do you offer professional installation?

We offer free connection for refrigerators, washing machines (excluding washing machine pedestals) and microwaves as well as paid installation for harder to install products such as dishwashers, and cooking appliances. Look for the paid installation options on the product page, which appear right after you enter your postcode (located above the add to cart button).

Product Warranty

Although a clearance outlet all our products still come covered with the standard manufacturer’s warranty, meaning if you have a problem while still under warranty, we’ll be able to organise a service call for a technician to come out and have a look at it for you.

The warranty period will vary from 1 to 5 years, depending on the manufacturer and product.
