    Running great, very happy

    We have had the fridge for a month now and it has been running great. No problem keeping everything cool in Brisbane summer so far. None of the problems with noise as others have mentioned.. happy with purchase.

    Plenty of space in fridge and freezer

    I bought this fridge about a month ago. I was surprised by the amount of room in the freezer particularly. Great size fridge to the whole family.

    So far so good

    So we've had our new fridge just over a month and so far it's been great. It's a little bigger than our last fridge and a good solid unit. It's fairly quiet and I only really notice some purring each time we close the door. Haven't had an electricity bill yet but not sure that will help anyway since it's been very hot and the air con has been getting a workout. It handled the hot weather fine though. Overall we're satisfied.

    Good Fridge But Very Noisy

    Our old fridge turned up its toes on Christmas eve (maybe the supplies that could have fed an army were too much for it?). Logged on and bought the Electrolux model with Appliances on line. Top service and delivered within days. Old fridge and packaging all taken away as well which was great. We stocked the new fridge and we very pleased with it. Slowly over the following days/weeks the noise from the compressor has increased to the point I'm now wondering if there is an issue. Checked the manual that came with it and it actually has a section that addresses excessive noise and claims it to be normal??? Not a great problem but annoying at night when you can hear it buzzing away.

    Great Fridge

    Beautiful well proportioned unit. Does make some funny operating noises when doors opened frequently. But it does run reasonable quietly when the doors are not opened constantly.

More Than Just Free Delivery

What, more than just free delivery? Yep, our delivery is not just free, it’s amazing in all kinds of ways. When we deliver (for large and bulky items) we’ll also:

– Greet you with a warm smile as you open your door to greet us
– Bring the appliance in, making sure to not mark or scratch your home (or the appliance)
– Unbox, take away the old packaging and put the appliance in a location of your choice
– For fridges, washers, dryers (non wall mounted), and microwaves, we’ll also connect it up and get it working

During checkout, you’ll have the ability to select a day for delivery that best suits you. We’ll do our best to always meet that date, but will be in touch to arrange another if that date is not possible.

If you order a small product, it will be shipped using Australia post. You will be sent a tracking code once you order so you can track your delivery. When ordering a small product, feel free to put in your home or work address as the shipping address, depending on what’s easier for you.

Professional Installation

For all other products not mentioned above, installation is provided for an additional fee (available for selection on the product page) to be completed by our professional Winning Services installation team. Once again, just look for the installation option on the product page before you check out.

Free Removal

Yes, if you have no need for that old product we’ll happily take it off your hands. Not because we plan on taking it and reselling it, but because we’re just awesome people and would rather see it recycled safely ?. Just make sure the old appliance is completely disconnected (it must be disconnected from any power, gas or water supply), and our drivers will throw it in the truck after we’ve delivered the new one.

Can you deliver to my area?

This depends on a couple of things, being if we have any stock available in your local area, and if we can actually deliver to your postcode. To check what stock is available simply navigate to a category page and select your state from the ‘Available in States’ filter option. To check if we actually deliver to your area, click on one of those products and enter your postcode on the product page, right above the add to cart button.

How much is delivery?

Glad you asked! Our professional delivery service which includes the taking away of your old appliance (if you need it) is completely FREE! Yes, you heard it right, along with our amazing deals and market leading prices we also don’t charge a cent for delivery.

How long will delivery take?

It depends on what product you purchase and where you’re located. When you add a product to your cart and checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date which we’ll confirm for you once we process your order. If we cannot meet your ideal delivery date, we’ll be in touch to let you know what other dates are possible.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule deliveries at specific times of the day. We will usually deliver during business hours, however, in some selected zones we deliver as early as 6:30 am and as late as 7:00 pm. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a text message with a 2-hour delivery window.

Can you take my old appliance away?

Yes, we sure can, and just like our delivery service, it’s completely FREE! Just let the driver know when they arrive you would like your old product removed.

Do you offer professional installation?

We offer free connection for refrigerators, washing machines (excluding washing machine pedestals) and microwaves as well as paid installation for harder to install products such as dishwashers, and cooking appliances. Look for the paid installation options on the product page, which appear right after you enter your postcode (located above the add to cart button).

Product Warranty

Although a clearance outlet all our products still come covered with the standard manufacturer’s warranty, meaning if you have a problem while still under warranty, we’ll be able to organise a service call for a technician to come out and have a look at it for you.

The warranty period will vary from 1 to 5 years, depending on the manufacturer and product.
