The warranty period will vary from 1 to 5 years, depending on the manufacturer.
We have a 7 day DOA (dead on arrival) policy, which means that you are entitled to a full refund or exchange if the product is mechanically defective within the first 7 days of purchase (confirmed by the manufacturer).
Our Customer Experience Team is dedicated to helping you with any after sales requests. If your new purchase ever needs any technical attention during the warranty period, all you need to do is give us a call and we will take care of the rest.
Extended Warranty Plans (known as Customer Care Plans) are available for all products. Our care Plans are only available at the time of purchase. If your have purchased a Care Plan, we will pay for the parts, labour and service fees (where applicable) if your product suffers a mechanical or electrical failure.
A separate Customer Care Plan must be purchased for each product that you buy from us. Your tax invoice will specify the period of cover. Your Customer Care Plan starts at the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty for your product.
Making a Warranty Claim
